I am aware that purchasing event organization services at Studio Sante City Spa is synonymous with familiarizing myself with and accepting the provisions of the Studio Sante Wet Zone Regulations and this provision.
All event participants have familiarized themselves with the regulations of the Wet Zone and are aware of the rules in the Studio Sante facility.
I am aware that bringing and consuming my own food and beverages on the premises of Studio Sante is prohibited unless other arrangements have been made with the Group Supervisor, confirmed in writing or via email.
I am aware that smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in the entire Studio Sante facility.
I am aware that using Studio Sante services under the influence of alcohol is dangerous to my life and health, and I do so at my own risk. I also acknowledge that I may be asked to leave Studio Sante’s premises if, under the influence of alcohol, I pose a risk to my own or other participants’ lives or health. I declare that I have informed the event participants about this.
I undertake to pay the full value of the ordered event before its implementation, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the reservation confirmation. In case of non-payment within this period, the reservation will be cancelled.
I undertake to repair any damage caused to the property of Studio Sante by event participants or to cover the costs incurred by Sante Sp. z o. o. for the damage caused.
I confirm that I have been informed that there is a SPA on the premises of Studio Sante and I undertake, along the other participants of the event, to use the provided space in a manner that does not negatively affect the quality and comfort of other Studio Sante customers, under the penalty of the entire group being expelled from Studio Sante without any obligation to refund payments made.
I am responsible for respecting the rules of social interaction and generally accepted ethical norms by myself and the participants of the event in the space provided by Studio Sante. Sante Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to expel individuals from the Studio Sante premises who do not adhere to these norms.
I am aware that canceling previously booked and paid treatments as well as the Wet Zone is possible only if canceled five days prior to the scheduled date, in the form of an email or SMS to the event host with the right to a refund of the costs.
I am aware that Studio Sante reserves the right to change the times of booked treatments due to unforeseen events beyond the facility’s control.
