REGULATIONS FOR GROUP ACTIVITIES

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The following regulations apply to group classes conducted at Studio Sante.
2. Participation in the classes is equivalent to acceptance of the following regulations and all provisions contained in Studio Sante’s regulations.
3. The classes are held according to a pre-established schedule, available on the Studio Sante’s website.
4. Only people with paid pass or a single entry can participate in the classes.
5. Prior reservation is required before participating in classes. Reservations can be made by phone, e-mail or in person at the reception of Studio Sante.
6. Confirmation of the reservation is made by payment. The time to pay for a reservation (pass or individual classes) is 48 hours. If payment is not made within this time, the reservation will be canceled.
7. If a reservation is made less than 48 hours before the classes, immediate bank transfer, BLIK, or sending a confirmation of the transfer by email or SMS is required. Failure to make the payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
8. When purchasing a pass, reservation for all purchased sessions is required.
9. As part of the pass card, there is an option to make up for missed classes. To use this option, it is necessary to cancel the class at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and contact the reception within 3 days to arrange a new date. The new date will be scheduled based on availability.

11. You can make up one lesson free of charge for every 5 lessons purchased.
12. The purchased passes are personal and cannot be used by third parties.
13. Single sessions can be canceled free of chargee only 24 hours before their scheduled time.
14. For all group classes, please arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start.
15. Once the classes have started, joining the group will not be possible.
16. For aqua classes, participants receive an additional 30 minutes to use the Wet Zone (pool, jacuzzi, saunas) included in the fee, plus 20 minutes for changing. In case of exceeding the time limit, the participant is required to settle the payment for the additional time at the facility’s reception desk in accordance with the current price list.
17. The participant takes part in the classes at their own risk. Please inform the instructor in advance about any health problems and/or medications you take. The instructor may decide on contraindications for a given disease to a given person’s participation in classes.
18. In the case of fitness classes, only participants in sportswear and footwear (indoor) or barefoot are allowed to enter the room.
19. During mat-based classes, participants are required to have a towel, which should be placed on the mat to maintain hygiene.
20. Each participant is responsible for taking care of the equipment they use and using it according to its intended purpose.
21. Items left at Studio Sante are stored for a maximum of one week. If no one claims them after this period, they will be discarded.
22. Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie reserves the right to cancel classes due to an insufficient number of interested participants (minimum 5) or for reasons beyond its control.
23. This regulation applies to every participant of the classes, and the purchase of the service signifies acceptance of this regulation. Along with the purchase of the service, the user also accepts the provisions of all regulations in force in the facility where they participate in the classes.
24. Adults and individuals above the age of 16 may participate in group classes, provided they present written consent from a legal representative to enter into an agreement with Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie, sign this regulation, and participate in the activities. Children and adolescents below the age of 16 may attend classes together with a legal guardian.
