Moroccan Hammam

Experience the power of the hammam ceremony. On a physical level, it cleanses, nourishes, and moisturizes your skin, while also relaxing and unwinding your body. It also takes care of your psyche by reducing stress and calming emotions. After the treatment, you will experience an extraordinary harmony and balance of the entire organism.

The treatment lasts 90 minutes, of which 75 minutes will be spent in the hammam and the next 15 minutes will be spent relaxing in the tepidarium.

Procedure of the treatment

• Warming up
  The ceremony begins with hot hydro-massage bath. The body warms up, relaxing the muscles, accelerating blood circulation, and releasing toxins through open pores. Softened skin is prepared for the next stages of the treatment.
  To enhance the bath experience, guests receive a glass of Prosecco or another beverage of their choice, and a bowl of fresh fruits.
• Cleansing
  The exfoliation using a Kessa glove with black soap (Savon Noir) removes dead skin cells, leaving the skin perfectly smooth. The glove’s action also stimulates circulation, aiding in the battle against cellulite. Black soap, on the other hand, cleanses the skin of toxins and sebum.
• Nourishment
  The therapist applies a clay mask to the body, rich in minerals, deeply nourishing and toning the skin, making it even smoother and more hydrated. In order for the beneficial power of the clay mask nutrients to penetrate the body, a 10-minute rest on a hot table is planned. It is also a time to unwind and calm down.
• Anointment
  This stage involves massaging pure argan oil into the body, known as ‘liquid gold’ for its precious properties. It perfectly regenerates, nourishes, and moisturizes the skin. A gentle massage will additionally ease the tension in the muscles and bring relaxation.
• Perfume
  The final stage involves the application of oriental perfume in a bar to the body, with a stunning oriental scent that will remind you of this pleasant and blissful journey to the Moroccan world until the end of the day.
• Rest
  Now is the time to rest outside the hammam. This is an equally important stage of the ceremony, so that the body can return to its natural temperature and balance, and the precious ingredients of argan oil penetrate deeply into the skin. The ideal place for this is a tepidarium, Goldarium and a sunny or collagen meadow.

What you should know before the treatment:

• The service is 100% paid before the treatment. You are entitled to receive a refund of the total amount paid if you cancel the treatment at least 48h before the booked date.
• If you cancel the treatment less than 48h before the appointment, the prepayment is forfeited.
• If you want to use the pool and sauna area, be sure to come early and enjoy your spa stay before your treatment.
• If you will only be using the Hammam treatment during your visit to Studio Sante, arrive 10-15 minutes early.
• Bring your flip-flops with you.
• Do not perform depilation immediately before the treatment.
• If you are planning a vacation and sunbathing, perform the treatment before rather than after your vacation, as you may lose your tan.
• Before the procedure, be sure to wash your body thoroughly so that no cosmetics remain on it. Women should remove their makeup .
•  You can apply conditioner to your hair and wrap it in a towel. There will be time to wash it off during the treatment.

• Hypertension,
• Open wounds or other body injuries,
• Pregnancy,
• Inflammation in the body,
