We invite you to unique Holistic Classes – only at Studio Sante!

Join our unique “Holistic Classes”, thanks to which you will take care of yourself holistically – you will stretch and relax your body and calm and relax your mind.

What to expect?

During our classes, you will experience a 45-minute yoga practice, tailored to the needs of the group, which will strengthen and stretch your body.

Then, a 30-minute relaxation session with the sounds of Tibetan Bowls will allow you to calm your mind and regenerate after a day full of challenges.

At the end of the classes, as the cherry on the cake, you will receive 60 minutes in the SPA zone for free, where you can relax, use the saunas, jacuzzi and other attractions that will ensure full regeneration.

When are Holistic Classes held?

Every Monday at 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM (Groups for ladies only!)

We also invite you to our new Restorative Yoga classes on selected Sundays at 5:45 PM.

The next Restorative Yoga classes will take place on Sundays, June 14, 2026, and July 19, 2026, just before the Relaxation with Tibetan Bowls sessions. We recommend taking an active Sunday and combining these two classes into one holistic practice.

Restorative Yoga is an incredibly relaxing practice that improves sleep quality and helps release tension and stress from the body.

During classes, the body is positioned in comfortable positions using bolsters, blankets, and pillows. This form of yoga is accessible to everyone—regardless of skill level or physical condition.

Calm breathing and prolonged stances in the poses promote calm and inner balance.

Contraindications for classes:

• Cardiological problems,
• Orthopedic problems,
• Neurological problems,
• Pregnancy,
• Respiratory problems,
• Psychological problems,
• Infectious diseases.
