NIRE loungers operate within a comfortable temperature range of 34–42°C — warm enough to create a deeply soothing experience, yet gentle enough for you to simply relax and enjoy the moment.

How to Use the NIRE lounger

1. Place a dry towel on the lounger. For hygiene reasons, this is required.
2. Tap the panel displaying the Studio Sante logo.
3. Select your programme.
4. Lie back and relax. The lounger will switch off automatically after 15 minutes.

Before You lie down - good to know

Do I need to book a lounger?

No. The loungers are available to all guests using the pool area. They cannot be reserved or held with a towel. If they are all in use, simply wait a little — each session lasts just 15 minutes.

Why should I dry my body before using the lounger?

Water absorbs infrared energy. When the skin is wet, FIR energy is used to evaporate moisture rather than being absorbed by the tissues. Before your session, remove your wet swimwear, dry yourself thoroughly and lie on a dry towel to get the most from your session.

What should I wear?

For the best experience, use the lounger without clothing, lying on a dry towel and keeping intimate areas covered. You may also wear a bathrobe. The important thing is to make sure the fabric is dry, as moisture can reduce the effectiveness of infrared warmth.

Does the entire surface of the lounger heat up evenly?

It depends on the programme. The device features five independent heating zones, with different zones activated depending on the selected programme. The information boards beside the loungers show which areas are heated during each programme.

How long does a session last?

Exactly 15 minutes. The programme ends automatically.

Can I use two programmes in a row?

Yes, provided no one is waiting and other loungers are available. During busier periods, we kindly ask guests to limit themselves to one or, at most, two programmes so that as many people as possible can enjoy the loungers.

NIRE loungers are located beside the leisure pool and are included with admission to the pool and sauna area.

Contraindications

NIRE loungers should not be used by anyone for whom exposure to heat is inadvisable, including in cases of:

• pregnancy,
• active cancer,
• fever or acute infection,
• severe heart conditions,
• uncontrolled high blood pressure,
• thrombosis or other conditions for which heat exposure is not recommended.
