Rules for Using the Spa Area

1. Before entering the Spa Area, please wash your entire body thoroughly with soap.
2. When entering the Sauna Area, you must have at least two towels with you. If you do not have them, you can hire them at Reception for a fee.
3. Only swimwear, flip-flops, towels and bathrobes may be brought into the Spa Area.
4. To protect the privacy and tranquillity of all Guests, the following items are strictly prohibited in the Spa Area:
   • mobile phones, cameras and recording devices;
   • food and drinks, including your own water;
   • alcohol and other intoxicating substances;
   • your own cosmetics;
   • bags, rucksacks, cups and bottles.
5. The Sauna Area is entirely textile-free — swimwear is not permitted.
6. In the Finnish sauna, you must sit or lie on a towel, ensuring that no part of your body comes into direct contact with the wooden benches.
7. When entering the steam sauna, we recommend leaving your towel outside.
8. After leaving the sauna, please first rinse your body under the shower.
9. A quiet atmosphere must be maintained in the Sauna Area. Please refrain from talking in the saunas and respect the quiet and relaxation of other Guests.
10. Pouring water over the sauna heater stones or placing ice on them is strictly prohibited.
11. Please do not use your own oils, scrubs or other cosmetics in the saunas.
12. Food and drinks purchased at our outlets must be consumed only in the designated areas — the Cocktail Bar and the Tepidarium.
13. Studio Sante is a place of relaxation. We do not accept unethical behaviour or conduct that compromises the comfort of others.
14. Guests who fail to comply with the above rules may be asked by staff to leave the premises and may be banned from entering the facility.
15. If a Guest is removed from the premises for breaching the rules, the admission fee is non-refundable.
