We invite you to additional hours of water classes at Studio Sante – aqua aerobics (flat belly) on Wednesdays at 11:00 and aquacycling on Thursdays at 18:00.

Summer is getting closer, so take care of your figure now during aqua aerobics and aqua cycling classes at Studio Sante. If you don’t like monotonous exercises at the gym, but you want to slim your body, improve your condition, and have fun at the same time – water fitness classes are for you! Exercises in a group with energetic music motivate to train. Because they take place in the water, they are not as hard on the joints as traditional training. Thanks to this, water activities can also be used by pregnant women, the elderly and people recovering from injuries.
