1. The following regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) define the rules for using the EMS service at the headquarters of Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie run by: Sante sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw at ul. Jagiellońska 55A, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Register under KRS number 0000950564, NIP 524-10-06-610, REGON 010827252.
2. The term “EMS training” used in the form refers to individual training using the Innline brand console and bodysuits with electrodes for muscle electrostimulation.
3. The equipment used during sessions is of the highest quality and has international certificates allowing its use during training. The trainers conducting the sessions have the necessary education and training and are certified by the manufacturer of Innline devices.
4. EMS training is available to adults and persons over 16 (sixteen) years of age, provided that they present the written consent of their legal guarduan to enter into an agreement with Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie, to sign these regulations and to participate in the training.
5. Before the first training session, the Client is obliged to complete the participation card (hereinafter referred to as the Client Card), in which they declare that the information provided is true and up-to-date.
6. The customer using the services is obliged to purchase a one-time entry or membership in advance according to the current price list.
7. Payments can be made in cash or by card at the office of Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie, as well as by transfer to the account of Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie or by Blik.
8. The purchased passes are personalized. Pass must not be transferred to other people.
9. Purchasesd passes are non-refundable.
10. The pass is valid for a duration corresponding to the number of entries and package (according to the current price list). Entries not used as part of the pass are non-refundable.
11. The pass is valid for 12 months. The validity period of the pass is counted from the first entry.
12. Training sessions take place by prior arrangement. You can make an appointment directly at Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie or by phone.
13. The scheduled training may be canceled by the Client without consequences provided 24 (twenty-four) hours’ notice is given.
14. Cancellation may be made by sending an SMS to the number of Studio Sante (tel.: 605 130 152) or by sending an e-mail to: kontakt@studiosante.pl. An effective cancellation can occur once for every 5 scheduled training sessions and can be used at a later date. If the visit is not canceled in accordance with the regulations, it will be considered completed.
15. In justified cases, Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie may cancel an scheduled appointment and will promptly inform the client. A new training date will be proposed at a time convenient for the client.
16. There must be a minimum break of 72 hours between subsequent EMS training sessions.
17. During training, the Client is obliged to wear appropriate training underwear (cotton T-shirt with sleeves and cotton leggings or cycling shorts). Training underwear can be purchased at Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie or rented.
18. The trainer may stop the training if they notice concerning or unusual discomfort in the client during the exercise. During training, the client is obliged to follow the trainer’s instructions. The client is also obliged to report at all times any diseases or contraindications regarding his or her health and well-being that may affect the ability to carry out the training, and in particular to report diseases and contraindications listed in the Client Card. If the above is reported, the trainer may interrupt or end the training.
19. EMS training takes place only with the assistance of a personal trainer. Customers are prohibited from using and operating EMS training devices on their own.
20. The client is obliged arrive on time for scheduled training sessions. In case of the client’s delay exceeding 15 (fifteen) minutes, the time of such delay may be deducted from the duration of the training, depending on the trainer’s availability. In the event of a delay due to the fault of Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie, the training will be completed in full or the client will be offered another training date.
21. Passes in the form of a Gift Voucher become personal passes with the first training session. After first entry, such passes cannot be transferred to other people and are non-refundable.
22. Complaints regarding the operation of Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskiego, as well as the course of the training should be reported immediately after its completion.
