1. The treatment is available to those who have booked the date and type of floatation package offered by phone, e-mail or directly at the reception. The payment for the reserved appointment must be made within 48 hours. After this time, the reservation will be canceled.
2. You should arrive 15 minutes in advance for the treatment. Please bring flip-flops, two towels (large and small) and a swimsuit. Towels are available for an additional fee.
3. Every person using the treatment is obliged to wash thoroughly in the shower in the locker room, using body gel or shampoo.
4. The duration of the treatment session is calculated from the moment the water capsule filling begins. The filling of the water capsule starts at the scheduled time of the booked treatment session.
5. The end of the treatment is signaled by a voice message informing the session’s completion.
6. After the announcement of the end of the treatment, the person using the floating has 5 minutes to rinse off the salt in the shower located in the room with the capsule and then proceed to the locker room for drying off and changing.
7. In the event that salty water gets into your eyes, calmly open the capsule door, exit and wipe your eyes with a towel previously placed on the capsule door. Salt is completely safe for the eyes and may only cause stinging.
8. It is prohibited to use the floating capsule after consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances.
9. It is prohibited to lie on your stomach and dive within the capsule, as this may result in choking and contaminating the water.
10. It is prohibited to bring or use perfumes, deodorants or hairsprays into the capsule room.
11. The floating treatment can only be used by healthy individuals, or those whose conditions do not constitute contraindications for such treatment, especially:
a) individuals with circulatory and respiratory system disorders,
b) individuals with neurological disorders,
c) individuals with heart conditions, hypertension, and vascular diseases,
d) individuals with thyroid disorders, acute rheumatic conditions, and cancer,
e) individuals with acute infections and asthmatic conditions,
f) individuals with chronic conditions such as tuberculosis, kidney, or liver diseases,
g) individuals with fever and acute viral infections, e.g., influenza,
h) women during menstruation and in the first trimester of pregnancy, as well as breastfeeding mothers,
i) individuals with allergies and skin diseases.
