What do the Holistic Class classes look like?

Classes in the Hall:

Under the attentive guidance of Alex, you will experience a 45-minute yoga practice tailored to the group’s needs, strengthening and stretching your body. Then, during a 30-minute relaxation session with the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, you will immerse yourself in blissful tranquility and unwind after a day full of challenges.

Sauna and Pool Area:

As part of Holistic Classes, you receive an hour-long entry to the SPA zone for free. After the class in the gym, allow yourself to rest and regenerate, enjoying moments of relaxation and unwinding in the soothing atmosphere of the SPA. This is the perfect opportunity to regenerate your body and mind after an intense day.

On Mondays from 7 p.m. we have Ladies Night in the SPA zone – which means that the zone is intended exclusively for women, and our Monday Holistic classes are also reserved only for women.

We invite men to the Tuesday classes.

Please note! The hour-long entry to the Spa zone can be used according to your preferences before or after the class in the gym, but it must be used on the day of the Holistic class.

A little about our SPA

In the zone you will find many attractions, including a pool with underwater music, a silicon and hydrogen jacuzzi, Goldarium, a salt cave, a collagen lamp, a sunny meadow and a wide selection of saunas, where regular sessions take place. During exceptional sessions in the steam sauna you have the opportunity to firm, cleanse and smooth your skin using natural peelings.

During your stay you can also take advantage of the beneficial properties of molecular hydrogen. Relaxing in the Tepidarium, you simultaneously inhale hydrogen, reducing the number of free radicals in the body, thus alleviating the symptoms of chronic fatigue and infection. Drinking hydrogen water available in the waterers in the zone will regenerate your body and have a positive effect on your memory and concentration. Additionally, you can immerse yourself in one of our hydrogen jacuzzis, thanks to which your skin will become smoother, more elastic, flexible and rejuvenated.

Also try our Japanese sauna – Ganbanyoku, where during one session lying on heated volcanic plates you can burn up to 800-1200 calories, without any effort! It is also an excellent anti-aging therapy for the skin and the whole body, reducing cellulite and increasing skin elasticity.
