BEMER is a physical vascular therapy using a pulsed electromagnetic field with a specially designed signal. Studies involving patients with chronic pain and circulatory disorders have shown that a series of BEMER treatments increases the number of active capillaries, improves blood flow, reduces pain, and improves sleep quality and overall well-being. In the context of vascular prevention, this may mean better tissue oxygenation, greater vascular elasticity, and a lower risk of blood stagnation in the limbs.
Hydrogen inhalation involves breathing a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen, allowing H₂ to reach the blood vessel walls and heart through the bloodstream. Research reviews suggest that hydrogen, as a selective antioxidant, may reduce oxidative stress, inflammation, and improve endothelial function in cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. For people with an overloaded circulatory system, this means additional cellular protection against damage caused by free radicals.
PBM regenerates endothelial cells and improves local circulation, BEMER improves the function of the smallest blood vessels and blood supply to tissues, while hydrogen inhalation protects blood vessels against oxidative stress from within. PBM is contraindicated, among others, in cases of active cancer in the treatment area and when taking photosensitizing medications, while hydrogen inhalation requires caution in people with unstable lung diseases or severe respiratory failure. Before the session, a light meal, good hydration, and comfortable clothing are recommended. After the treatment, it is recommended to have a calmer day, drink more water, and avoid very intense physical activity so that the vascular system can fully benefit from the regenerative effect.
