Treatments are available for persons over 18 years of age.
Disabled and vision-impaired persons requiring direct support or care may be both present in the facility and make use of our treatments only under the supervision of a caregiver/support person.
Enter the treatment area without any outerwear or shoes. Coats, jackets, and shoes must be left in the SPA locker room or in a wardrobe before entering the treatment area. Valuables, especially bags, backpacks, and jewelry, should be taken to the treatment room or left in the deposit at the SPA reception.
The Treatment Area is a quiet zone. Please refrain from holding loud conversations.
II. Payments
The client is obliged to pay for the performed treatment or readiness to perform it, as referred to in the further part of the Regulations.
Prices listed in the offer and on the website may change. This does not apply to services previously purchased for a specific treatment. In the case of purchasing a value gift card, the prices on the day of the treatment apply.
Existing discounts and promotions do not combine, unless the promotion regulations state otherwise. To take advantage of the promotion, the treatment must be purchased, i.e., the promotional price paid during the promotion period. The mere reservation of the treatment does not guarantee that its price will be the same on the day of the treatment.
Some treatments require a 100% prepayment. Details are provided in the treatment offer on the website https://studiosante.pl/.
Purchased passes for specific treatments are not exchangeable for cash or other treatments.
Studio Sante reserves the right to introduce last-minute promotional offers. To take advantage of the last-minute offer, a reservation must be made at the Studio Sante reception or by phone. For phone reservations, a 100% prepayment is required.
III. Treatment performance
Clients can schedule treatments through the Booksy portal, by phone, email, or in person at the Studio Sante reception.
To use a treatment, it is necessary to register by providing personal and contact information such as name, surname, phone number, and email address. This information is processed solely for the purpose of scheduling or modifying appointments.
The reservation time of the treatment room is not equivalent to the duration of the specific treatment, which is specified in the Studio Sante offer on the website and at the reception.
The time for preparation and post-treatment activities is included in the reservation time of the treatment room.
Clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled treatment to prepare and fill out the pre-treatment questionnaire.
Before starting the treatment, clients are required to fill out a pre-treatment health questionnaire. The staff member performing the treatment reviews this questionnaire beforehand to determine if the client’s health status, past or present illnesses, and lifestyle do not contraindicate the treatment or pose a risk of side effects.
Studio Sante is not responsible for post-treatment complications or adverse effects resulting from the treatment if they occur due to the client’s concealment or provision of false health information.
Studio Sante reserves the right to cancel the treatment appointment. In such a situation, Studio Sante will arrange a new appointment with the client or, at the client’s request, refund the payment for the treatment.
Changing the appointment or canceling a paid treatment at the client’s request is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled visit. If the change or cancellation occurs less than the indicated time, Studio Sante reserves the right to retain the entire paid amount as compensation for incurred costs: Studio Sante employee wages, reservation costs, facility depreciation, lost profits, and others (Art. 476 Civil Code § 1. and Art. 744 CC).
If a reserved treatment appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within the timeframe specified in point 9, the treatment will be considered performed, and the gift card will be deemed used as compensation for incurred costs: Studio Sante employee wages, reservation costs, facility depreciation, lost profits, and others (Art. 476 Civil Code § 1. and Art. 744 CC).
If a reserved treatment treatment appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within the timeframe specified in point 9, the treatment will be considered performed, and the gift card will be deemed used as compensation for incurred costs: Studio Sante employee wages, reservation costs, facility depreciation, lost profits, and others (Art. 476 Civil Code § 1. and Art. 744 CC).
Studio Sante reserves the right to collect a deposit when reserving certain treatments , especially for clients who have failed to show up for at least three reserved appointments or canceled visits at least three times less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If the client is late for the scheduled treatment , the treatment time will be proportionally shortened to the time of the delay. The full price applies to the shortened treatment.
In case of significant lateness by the client, resulting in Studio Sante’s inability to achieve the intended treatment results, Studio Sante reserves the right to refuse to perform the treatment if the desired effect cannot be achieved in the shortened time. In this case, Studio Sante retains the right to the previously paid deposit, or the client will be charged 50% of the treatment cost to cover the reserved room and employee readiness costs (handling fee).
If there are justified doubts about the safety of performing the treatment for both the client and the staff member, the staff member may refuse to perform the treatment. The issue of refunding the potentially paid treatment or the obligation to pay 50% of its price will be considered by Studio Sante staff depending on the individual circumstances and reasons for the refusal to perform the treatment.
IV. Liability
Individuals who cause damage to Studio Sante’s property are materially liable for the damages caused.
In the event of non-compliance with the Regulations, especially if disturbing the order, violating good manners, or behaving in a way that causes discomfort to other users of the facility, including endangering the safety of others, Studio Sante staff have the right to request the client to leave the Studio Sante premises without the possibility of claiming a refund for the stay costs. Additionally, the client may be fined PLN 200 and/or a higher amount depending on the damage caused. Studio Sante reserves the right to refuse entry to such individuals for future visits.
Studio Sante is not responsible for the client’s dissatisfaction with the final effect of the treatment, resulting from the client’s subjective feelings, if it was performed professionally, in accordance with cosmetic standards, and in a manner not inferior to generally accepted standards.
IV. Complaints
The client has the right to complain about the manner of performing the treatment or its effects. This should be done immediately, but no later than within 3 days from its performance, detection of irregularities, or the appearance of disturbing symptoms.
Complaints can be submitted by email to reklamacje@studiosante.pl, in person at the Studio Sante headquarters at 55A Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw, or by registered letter to SANTE sp. z o.o., 55A Jagiellońska Street, 03-301 Warsaw.
The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its submission by the client.
IV. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant laws apply.
The administrator of clients’ personal data in connection with reservations and the use of Studio Sante treatments, including complaints, is Sante sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw (03-301), at 55A Jagiellońska Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Economic Department under KRS number 0000950564, NIP 5241006610, REGON 010827252. The client has the right to access personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
