STUDIO SANTE – THE BEST POOL IN WARSAW
At Studio Sante, we use not one, but THREE state-of-the-art methods of pool water purification. These are:
1. Salt vacuum electrolysis – during the electrolysis of table salt, sodium hypochlorite is produced, which removes all pathogens from the pool water, so bathing is safe for people using swimming pools. In Studio Sante – unlike in most swimming pool facilities – the disinfectant is produced on an ongoing basis, which additionally reduces the formation of disinfection by-products and ensures the appropriate pH of the pool water.
We do not add chlorine gas to the water, nor do we use “ready-made” hypochlorite, which additionally contains stabilizers extending its durability, and in the process of disinfection by-products (chloramines) than the sodium hypochlorite produced on an ongoing basis. In addition, the pH of ready-made disinfectants is much higher, which is not good for the skin. These problems do not occur in the process of disinfection of swimming pool water in Studio Sante.
2. Activated glass filtration – in Studio Sante pools, water filtration takes place on AFM media based on activated glass, not on ordinary sand media. They are much more effective than traditional ones. They filter as much as 30% more organic compounds than sand and coal deposits, they reduce the amount of water disinfection by-productsand are much more environmentally friendly</ strong> (significantly less water is used when rinsing the filters). Filtration on activated glass – due to its high efficiency – excludes the colonization of the bed by bacteria and the need to use the so-called. shock chlorination with large doses of chlorine.
3. Irradiation of water with ultraviolet rays – UV radiation disinfects water effectively and safely, ensures its freshness and transparency, and allows the reduction of other disinfectants.
4. Reducing chemicals when treating water
All the time: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – we monitor the cleanliness of the pool water by computer. The water disinfectant is dosed on an ongoing basis depending on the number of people using the pool. Thanks to this, there is no situation that the water in the pool contains too much or too little. It also reduces the formation of disinfection by-products and the unpleasant odor, commonly referred to as “the smell of chlorine”.
5. Grander Technology
The use of Grandera devices makes the water at Studio Sante extremely pleasant for bathers. The technology also reduces the system’s need for chemicals and reduces the impact of disinfection by-products. The smell sometimes found in swimming pools, colloquially referred to as “the smell of chlorine”, is not actually the smell of chlorine, but the smell of so-called chlorine. disinfection by-products. These are chemical compounds (professionally called chloramines) that are formed during the neutralization of pollutants. And they are responsible for the unpleasant smell and irritation after the pool. The state-of-the-art water purification technologies used in Studio Sante make it possible to reduce the formation and impact of disinfection by-products. Very sensitive people can sometimes smell disinfection by-products, especially when they pack the costume in an airtight bag and then dry it on a heater.
TIP: Washing your body thoroughly with soap and water before entering the pool significantly reduces the formation of pool odor in during and after bathing.
