SWIMMING POOL AND SAUNA AREA REGULATIONS FROM SEPTEMBER 01, 2024

ENTRY TO THE SAUNA AND POOL AREA

1. Purchasing a service at the Studio Sante facility is tantamount to reading and accepting the provisions of these Regulations, prices of services and prices of additional fees related to the use of the facility, published in the price list at the reception and online at www.studiosante.pl
2. The sauna and swimming pool zone can be used by people over 16 years of age. Customers between 14-16 years old can stay on the premises under the supervision of an adult only after obtaining the individual consent of the Studio Sante manager.
3. At the entrance to Studio Sante, each customer receives a wristband with a chip with the encoded time and type of the selected service. If the time limit is exceeded or other services offered by Studio Sante are used, the Customer is obliged to settle the payment at the facility’s reception in accordance with the applicable price list.
4. Customers may be admitted to the sauna and swimming pool area no later than 80 minutes before the planned closing time.
5. Customers are obliged to leave the sauna and swimming pool area and go to the locker room no later than 15 minutes before the planned closing of the facility and return and settle the wristband with the chip by 00.00. Returning the wristband after this time will result in automatic charging for the exceeded time.
6. The wristband with the chip is settled upon leaving the Studio Sante reception desk. In the event of loss of the wristband, the Customer is required to pay a deposit until the services used by the Customer and the fees due in connection therewith are determined.
7. Customers have the possibility of renting towels and bathrobes at the Studio Sante reception for an additional fee, which are refundable upon leaving the facility at the Studio Sante reception.
8. After passing through the reception, customers are obliged to change their shoes into swimming pool flip-flops. The customer is obliged to leave shoes in locked shoe cabinets. It is strictly forbidden to bring shoes into the clean locker room intended for changing outerwear and leaving personal items. In the event of loss of the token and/or the key to the shoe locker, the Customer is obliged to pay a fee.
9. To use the locker in a dirty insert a PLN 2 coin or a token that can be rented at the Studio Sante reception, which will unlock the key. In the event of loss of the token and/or key to the shoe locker, the Customer is obliged to pay a fee.
10. While using the sauna and swimming pool area, personal belongings should be left in clothing lockers locked with a wristband with a chip in the so-called clean locker room. More valuable items should be deposited at the Studio Sante reception.
11. Before entering the sauna and swimming pool area, wash your entire body thoroughly with soap under the shower. Studio Sante employees have the right to return to the cloakroom customers who entered the wet area without using the shower.
12. Customers are required to wear swimming suit or a towel while entering the sauna and swimming pool area (topless is allowed). During the hours of the so-called „textile-free freedom” allows you to use swimming pools and jacuzzis without wearing swimsuits. In passageways you must be covered with a towel/robe or swimsuit.
13. It is allowed to enter the sauna and swimming pool area only with a towel, swimsuit, flip-flops and glasses. It is prohibited to bring any type of personal items into the sauna and swimming pool area (e.g. mobile phones, cameras, cameras, including accessories enabling video and/or audio recording, your own cosmetics and oils, bags or backpacks, your own food and drinks, etc. .).
14. Personal items left at the facility by the Customer are sent to the address indicated by the Customer, at the Customer’s expense, or can be collected at the Studio Sante reception. If such an instruction is not received, Studio Sante is obliged to store dry items left for up to two months, and wet items, e.g. swimsuits, for three days. After this time, the items may be disposed of. Groceries are not stored.

 

USE OF SAUNAS AND POOLS

1. Smoking tobacco products and other stimulants, including electronic ones, is strictly prohibited throughout the entire facility
2. It is forbidden to pour water or oils on stones on sauna stoves.
3. For steam sauna peeling sessions customers enter the steam sauna without towels.
4. Customers using sun loungers are obliged to place dry towels under their heads, arms and torsos.
5. It is forbidden to leave towels on chairs and deckchairs. Towels should always be hung on hangers. Studio Sante reserves the right to hang up towels/bathrobes left on deckchairs at the risk and responsibility of the person leaving them.
6. Studio Sante reserves the right to organize thematic and special events intended for selected groups of people on specific days and hours, during which the instructions of Studio Sante employees must be strictly followed.
7. Disabled and vision-impaired persons requiring direct and constant support or care may both present in the facility and make use of our SPA only under the supervision of a caregiver/support person.
8. The sauna and swimming pool area cannot be used by customers whose diseases pose a threat to themselves or other people. In particular:
   • people with diseases of the circulatory and respiratory system,
   • people with diseases of the nervous system,
   • people suffering from heart disease, hypertension and blood vessel diseases,
   • people suffering from thyroid disease, acute rheumatic conditions, cancer,
   • people suffering from acute infections and asthmatic conditions,
   • people suffering from chronic diseases, such as tuberculosis, kidney or liver diseases,
   • people with fever and acute viral infections, e.g. flu,
   • women during menstruation, pregnancy and breastfeeding,
   • people suffering from allergies and skin diseases.

 

CONSUMPTION OF DRINKS AND MEALS

1. In the sauna and swimming pool area, it is possible to eat meals and drinks purchased at the Kiosk, which can only be consumed in places designated for this purpose, i.e. Snack Bar and the Green Corner located behind the hydrogen rest area. It is forbidden to enter the zone with your own food.
2. Placing an order for your wristband with a chip at the Kiosk is associated with the obligation to pay when leaving the Studio Sante reception desk. Any complaints regarding orders placed at the Kiosk or meals served or not served from the Snack Bar should be reported to the Studio Sante reception desk, presenting the order printout. Without presenting the order printout, complaints may not be considered.

 

LIABILITY

1. Individuals who cause damage to Studio Sante’s property are materially liable for the damages caused. Parents or legal guardians are financially responsible for minors who caused damage.
2. In the event of non-compliance with the Regulations, especially if disturbing the order, violating good manners, or behaving in a way that causes discomfort to other users of the facility, including endangering the safety of others, Studio Sante staff have the right to request the client to leave the Studio Sante premises without the possibility of claiming a refund for the stay costs. Additionally, the client may be fined PLN 200 and/or a higher amount depending on the damage caused. Studio Sante reserves the right to refuse entry to such individuals for future visits.
3. For ascertaining the fact of taking pictures and/or recording videos – Studio Sante has the right to charge the Client with a fine of 500 PLN.
4. If there are justified doubts as to the Customer’s health condition resulting in a risk to his or her safety or that of other people using the sauna and swimming pool area, Studio Sante staff reserves the right not to admit such a person or to ask him or her to leave the area.

 

COMPLAINTS

1. The customer has the right to make a complaint. Complaints should be reported immediately, but no later than within 3 days from the discovery of irregularities in the offered sauna and swimming pool area service and additional services.
2. Complaints can be submitted by email to reklamacje@studiosante.pl, in person at the Studio Sante headquarters at 55A Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw, or by registered letter to SANTE sp. z o.o., 55A Jagiellońska Street, 03-301 Warsaw.
3. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its submission by the client.

 

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant laws apply.
2. The administrator of clients’ personal data is Sante sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw (03-301), at 55A Jagiellońska Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Economic Department under KRS number 0000950564, NIP 5241006610, REGON 010827252. The client has the right to access personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. RULES FOR PROPER SAUNA

1. The sauna area is a textile-free zone and entry to it is possible only in a towel made of 100% cotton (without a swimsuit). Before entering the sauna area, swimsuits should be left in the lockers in a clean changing room.
2. Studio Sante offers plastic bags at the reception in which customers can store wet itoms.
3. Seats in the steam sauna should be rinsed with water before contact with the seat and after using it.
4. Before taking a sauna bath, guests should avoid consuming a heavy meal, drinking alcohol, or engaging in strenuous exercise.
5. Before entering the dry sauna, customers should thoroughly dry themselves
6. After leaving the sauna, customers should rinse off themselves and cool down under a shower before entering the cooling pools.
7. Customers should enter the sauna barefoot.
8. For hygienic reasons, customers are requested to sit or lie on towels in the dry sauna.
9. Before and after using the Ganbanyoku rock sauna, customers should disinfect the resting place with prepared disinfection liquid and paper towels.
10. It is not recommended to engage in increased physical activity after leaving the sauna.
11. Between sauna sessions, customers are recommended to take at least a 15-minute break.
12. During the sauna experience, guests are advised to drink plenty of water.
13. The sauna area is a quiet zone, and customers are requested to behave politely and avoid loud conversations.

The last annual water quality assessment in the Studio Sante Jagiellońska 55a Facility in Warsaw issued by the State Poviat Sanitary Inspector on February 26, 2024 meets sanitary requirements.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the water in the swimming pool meets the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 9, 2015 on the requirements that water in swimming pools should meet.
