Turkish Hammam

Turkish Hammam is a deep cleansing of the body, nourishment and hydration of the skin, as well as relaxation and calmness. It is an oriental journey that will feed all your senses.
The uniqueness of the ritual is emphasized by a foam massage that gently envelops your body like a soft cloud. Many people consider this stage of the treatment to be a surprisingly pleasant experience.
The duration of the treatment is 90 minutes, of which 75 minutes will be spent in the hammam, and for the next 15 minutes you will rest in the tepidarium.

Procedure of the treatment

• Warming Up
  Your journey will begin with a stay in a Finnish and/or steam sauna. Within 15 minutes, your body will heat up and relax, your circulatory system will speed up, and the cleansing process will begin. Softened skin will be ready for the next stages of the treatment.
• Cleansing
  Thanks to a peeling using a Kessa glove, dead skin cells will be removed, leaving your skin perfectly smooth. The use of the glove will also stimulate circulation, which will help reduce imperfections.
• Foam Massage
  This is a very pleasant stage of the treatment. The foam is created from natural Turkish soap using a special bag. This massage has cleansing and moisturizing properties for the skin, as well as relaxing and soothing the body. The experience is enhanced by the beautiful scent of the soap filling the entire room.
• Anointing with oil
  Finally, the therapist will anoint your body with argan oil to moisturize and nourish the skin.
• Rest
  Now it’s time to rest outside the hammam room. The perfect places for this are the tepidarium, Goldarium, or the sunny or collagen meadow. Sit or lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and allow yourself to experience deep relaxation and tranquility.

What you should know before the treatment:

• The service is 100% paid before the treatment. You are entitled to receive a refund of the total amount paid if you cancel the treatment at least 48h before the booked date.
• If you cancel the treatment less than 48h before the appointment, the prepayment is forfeited
• If you want to use the pool and sauna area, be sure to come early and enjoy your spa stay before your treatment.
• If you will only be using the Hammam treatment during your visit to Studio Sante, arrive 10-15 minutes early.
• Bring your flip-flops with you.
• Do not perform depilation immediately before the treatment.
• If you are planning a vacation and sunbathing, perform the treatment before rather than after your vacation, as you may lose your tan.
• Before the procedure, be sure to wash your body thoroughly so that no cosmetics remain on it. Women should remove their makeup .
• You can apply conditioner to your hair and wrap it in a towel. There will be time to wash it off during the treatment.
